General Admission is not included.
All Children 15 years and below must be accompanied by a paying adult encounter ticket and it is the responsibility of the adult to supervise the child at all times.
The animal welfare is to be determined by the Featherdale Keeper at all times, and the Keeper reserves the right to cease the encounter at any time.
All Participants must be able to follow all instructions given by the Featherdale Keeper throughout the Encounter, and you agree to act at all times in a safe and appropriate manner.
We require a minimum of 24-hours’ notice prior to your encounter for any changes made to your booking.
Encounter Tickets are non-refundable.
GUESTS MUST BE AT THE MEETING POINT 1 HOUR PRIOR TO THE START OF THE ENCOUNTER.
Featherdale recommends arriving to the park a minimum of 30 mins prior to Animal Encounters & Experiences
Guests will meet a keeper at the meeting point where they will be given a safety brief and introduction to the encounter before entering the enclosure.
