At Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park, the safety of our guests, staff and animals is of the upmost importance. We have implemented increased measures in line with government guidelines to ensure the safety of all guests during their visit.
- As always, all guests and dependents are required to check-in via the Service NSW app and present this to our admissions team upon arrival
- As per the government guidelines, we ask that those who live and work in the four local government areas identified of Woollahra, Waverley, Randwick and City of Sydney do not attend Featherdale during the next 7 days
- Face masks are now mandatory in all indoor areas, including our gift shop, reptile house and Drovers Hut function space, except when eating and drinking
- These locations will all abide by a 1 person per 4 square metre rule
- Our admissions and and food and beverage team members will be wearing a face mask when they serve you
- We have increased cleaning capacity, COVID-19 safety marshals and additional hand sanitiser units available for guests to use throughout the park grounds
