Start your encounter off with private access to the Crocodile Deck, where you'll have a unique, elevated view of Bruiser with one of our expert zookeepers. Here, you’ll dive into interesting facts about the Australian Saltwater Crocodile while taking in the best vantage point to truly appreciate his immense size and power.

Then, take a rare behind-the-scenes tour of our Reptile Pavilion, guided by a keeper. You'll get an insider’s look at the reptiles' unique habitats and learn about our cold-blooded residents.

During the experience, you'll meet several lizards and snakes up close, with the chance to gently pat or even hold some of these amazing reptiles. Whether you’re feeling adventurous or just want to learn more, our zookeeper will be there to ensure a fun and safe interaction. The reptiles chosen for the hands-on experience may change, and the level of interaction provided will depend on the safety and comfort of both the guests and the animals.

Please note, this experience is open to individuals aged 5 and above. Children between 5 and 15 must be accompanied by a fully paid adult participant.
