To support the experience of guests with assistance dogs, there are a number of measures put in place at our wildlife park to ensure the welfare of all animals.

If you are planning a visit to Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park with an Assistance dog, bookings need to be made by emailing us 48 hours prior to your visit date to ensure that the relevant Animal Care team members are ready to welcome you. Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park will always try to expedite any reasonable request.
